COVID-19 Fresh Flower Notice
Please note that due to limits placed by the current coronavirus, flower supply has been reduced and limited. We will try our best to match the flowers imaged, and promise to deliver beautiful flowers. Flower substitution may be necessary due to the uncertain market and supply.
Orders
All online order requests are subject to FlorisTea, and any of its personnel, the right to accept or reject the order at our absolute discretion. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel payments in full through only via the payment method used to purchase.
Flower Substitutions
While we will make every effort to keep your order as close to your order description or photograph as possible; we do reserve the right to replace certain elements if we feel they won’t be as beautiful as they could be, or if that particular flower is not in stock. We do however promise that we'll create beautiful fresh flowers!
Delivery
We provide a delivery service at a standard delivery fee of $15
Delivery zones: We deliver only to Sydney City, Metropolitan, and Greater Western Sydney. If you are unsure if we can deliver to your suburb, contact us on (02) 9670 3110. For any orders placed outside of our delivery areas, we will cancel your order. View our local delivery list.
Same-day delivery: orders need to be placed by 12pm weekdays and 10am Saturdays. There are no deliveries on Sundays or Public Holidays.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver at the exact specified times of the day.
If you would prefer your order to be delivered in the AM or PM, you can include this information in the special instructions section of the order form. We will try our best to honour this with the discretion of availability of our couriers.
Please note, deliveries to some areas may require more specific information, increased delivery fees, advanced notice, or may be subject to other delivery restrictions.
If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, the order will be left if it is safe to do so, if not, a note will be left for details on collection otherwise a redelivery fee will apply. This also applies to a wrong address given or a discharge of a patient at the time of delivery to a hospital.
